On November 29, representatives of the Bonum Foundation were invited to the “Light a Candle” event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Holodomor (1932-1933 and 1946-1947) and the famine in Moldova (1946-1947)🕯. The event was organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Moldova, the Ukrainian Women's Community, and the National Congress of Ukrainian Women of Moldova. President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu reminded of the tragic consequences of the actions of the Stalinist regime during the famine, which affected millions of Ukrainians and Moldovans. The event was also attended by the Ambassador of Romania to Moldova Cristian-LeonȚurcanu, Ambassador of Ukraine Marko Shevchenko, representatives of the UN, the Director of the Agency for Interethnic Relations in Moldova, and many others who make significant contributions to comprehensive support for Ukraine.
The donation amount is non-refundable, and the funds are distributed among the foundation's projects
